NEW TO FURAMOR?
Here’s what to expect
STEP 1
Discovery call
Get in touch with our client onboarding team, who will reach out to book a discovery call so we can learn more about you and your pet(s). We’ll also schedule a virtual orientation to get the ball rolling.
STEP 2
New client orientation
You’ll be invited to create an account in your new client portal and add key details about your pet(s). During the orientation, we’ll review everything together and answer your questions.
STEP 3
Meet-and-greet
We’ll schedule an in-person meet-and-greet with your primary FurAmor caregiver so you and your pet can get to know the person who’ll be by their side — hopefully for many happy visits to come!
